Making green ecological organic fertilizer with chicken manure

Green ecological organic fertilizer produced by fermentation of chicken manure and crop straw as main raw materials and multi-dimensional compound enzyme bacteria. It is non-toxic to humans and animals, has no pollution to the environment, can fix nitrogen, dissolve phosphorus and dissolve potassium in crops, and can also decompose chemical pesticides and residual substances of chemical fertilizers, and has the effect of increasing production and disease resistance for planting and breeding industries. The multi-dimensional composite enzyme for production is a micro-ecological fermentation preparation composed of 106 beneficial microorganisms such as a heat-resistant Bacillus group, a lactic acid bacteria group, a Bifidobacterium group, and a yeast group which can produce various enzymes. The basic conditions for production should have:

(1) Equipment: one square of mixer, several square meters of plant for stacking fertilizer (depending on the scale of production) and some old sacks covered with fertilizer for fermentation. The operation should be carried out on the cement floor.

(2) Raw materials: Taking 1 ton of green ecological organic fertilizer as an example, 1 ton of chicken manure, 0.3 tons of straw powder, 5 kg of corn flour and 8 kg of bacteria are required.

(3) Process: chicken manure + straw powder + corn noodles + strains - mixing - heaping (with fertilizer) - drying - packaging - factory.

First, the chicken manure is mixed with the appropriate amount of straw powder, and the amount of the mixture is determined according to the water content of the chicken manure. The general fermentation requirement is 45% water content, that is, the hand is pinched into a group, the finger sees the water but does not drip, and the loose hand can be scattered. Then add cornmeal and strains. The role of cornmeal is to increase the sugar content, and to ferment the strains, so that the multi-dimensional complex enzyme bacteria will soon have an absolute advantage. Then, the prepared mixture is fed into a mixer for stirring, and the stirring must be uniform and transparent, without leaving a block. The stirred ingredients are piled into a long pile of 1.5 m to 2 m wide and 0.8 m to 1 m high, which is covered with a sack of tablets for fermentation.

The pile is warmed up for one day, odorless for two days, loose for three days, fragrant for four days, and fat for five days. Specifically, the temperature of the first day of the reactor can reach 60 ° C ~ 80 ° C, killing E. coli, eggs and other pests; the next day eliminates the smell of chicken manure; the third day the compost becomes loose and dry, overgrown White hyphae; the fourth day emits a scent of koji; on the fifth day, the fertilizer is fermented and matured, and it can be bagged after being dried slightly.
